العامل التقني لقد سهّلت التكنولوجيا ومن خلال زيادة فرص اتصال المعلمين والطلاب على حدٍ سواء بشبكة الإنترنت – عملية استخدام الفيديوهات داخل الفصول الدراسية. ففي عام 2013 أكّدت 25% فقط من المدارس كفاءة الإتصال اللاسلكي بالإنترنت داخل غرفها الصفية، [وازداد هذا الرقم في عام 2017 ليصل إلى 88%](https://www.govtech.com/network/Analysis-94-Percent-of-School-Districts-Nationwide-Meet-Federal-High-Speed-Internet-Access-Targets.html)، بينما يتوفّر ل 94% من المدارس الحد الأدنى من الإتصال بالإنترنت ([المصدر](https://www.govtech.com/network/Analysis-94-Percent-of-School-Districts-Nationwide-Meet-Federal-High-Speed-Internet-Access-Targets.html)). ومع تزايد عرض نطاق الإتصال وارتفاع سرعة معدل نقل البيانات عبر شبكة الإنترنت، فقد أصبح من السهل على المعلمين الوصول الى فيديوهات تعليمية عالية الجودة وبشكل سريع دون التأثير على وقت وانسيابية الحصة الدراسية. وقد أتاح انخفاض أسعار الأجهزة الإلكترونية فرصة زيادة عدد الحواسيب والأجهزة اللوحية داخل الغرف الصفية، مما سهّل وصول أعداد أكبر من الطلاب إلى مواد التعلُّم الرقمية مثل الفيديوهات، والذي أدى إلى زيادة تفاعل الطلاب سواءً على الصعيد الفردي، او بشكل مجموعات. حيث وفّر تعدد الأجهزة الرقمية داخل الغرفة الصفية للمعلم فرصة تعيين مقاطع فيديو مختلفة للطلاب بما يتوافق مع احتياجاتهم التعليمية الفردية ويسهل تعاونهم فيما بينهم، ويوفر لهم أيضًا فرصة التفاعل مع محتوى هذه المقاطع حسب إمكانية وسرعة استجابة كل منهم. تلعب التكنولوجيا دورًا مهمًّا خارج النطاق التقليدي للبيئة الصفية، وحيث لجأت معظم المدارس الى عملية التعليم عن بعد استجابةً للظروف الطارئة بسبب فيروس كورونا، فقد ساعدت التكنولوجيا على استمرارية عملية التعلم حتى من داخل المنزل. يُعتبر الفيديو طريقة فاعلة للمحافظة على اندماج الطلاب في العملية التعليمية خاصة خلال مواجهتهم التحديات ومشتتات الانتباه المرتبطة في عملية التعلّم عن بعد. وتُستخدم الفيديوهات التعليمية لعرض مفاهيم جديدة ومراجعة المهارات المكتسبة وحتى تطوير مهارات الكتابة. *إقرأ المقالة: 6 طرق لتضمين الفيديو في التعليم الإفتراضي* # **العامل الإجتماعي** يسعى المعلمون للتواصل مع الطلاب أينما كانوا. وفي هذه الأيام فإن الطلاب منغمسين وبعمق في عالم وسائل الإعلام الرقمية. حيث يقضي من هم بين عمر 8-18 عاماً معدل 6-9 ساعات يومياً في متابعة الفيديوهات، بينما يُفضل أكثر من نصف جيل الألفية الجديدة التعلم عن طريق الفيديوهات ([مصدر](https://www.pearson.com/content/dam/one-dot-com/one-dot-com/global/Files/news/news-annoucements/2018/The-Next-Generation-of-Learners_final.pdf)). وللحفاظ على انتباه الطلاب وتركيزهم، يدرك المعلمون أن عليهم اللجوء إلى التقنيات التفاعلية المألوفة والتي يستخدمها الطلاب بشكل يومي ([مصدر](https://www.bbc.com/worklife/article/20190220-how-can-a-distracted-generation-learn-anything)). وقد ثبت ومن خلال متابعة تطبيقات الفيديوهات المختلفة مثل يوتيوب، التك توك و سناب شات أن الطلاب يفضلون الفيديوهات القصيرة والفعّالة. منذ أن بدأت التكنولوجيا بلعب دور مهم في التعليم لم تتغير فقط اهتمامات الطلاب، بل ازدادت أيضا ثقة المعلمين بأهمية استخدام التكنولوجيا داخل الغرف الصفية. وبما أن معظم المعلمين الشباب هم أنفسهم قد عاشوا في عصر منصات الفيديوهات واعتمدها ذوو الخبرة منهم مبكراً في مدارسهم، و كنتيجة لأثرها الايجابي في التعليم ودمج الطلبة، فإن 55% من المعلمين يعتقدون أن هذه الفيديوهات تساعدهم ليكونوا أكثر إبتكاراً، ويقول 62% منهم أن استخدام الفيديوهات تجعل أساليبهم التعليمية أكثر فاعلية ([مصدر](https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en_us/solutions/industries/docs/education/ciscovideowp.pdf)).
