The ability to save and revisit your favorite content is an integral part of any good content platform. Internet browsers call this a ‘bookmark,’ music streaming services call this a ‘playlist,’ and here at Boclips, we call it a collection.
If you’ve been using our platform, you probably noticed that you only had access to one collection, and one collection is just not enough to helpfully organize all the videos you want to use in your classroom. At least that’s what you told us in our January user survey as having multiple collections was one of the top requested improvements!
We’re excited to announce that you can now create multiple collections!
Step by step Instructions on how to create multiple collections
1. Search for the video you would like to save in a collection
2. Click on the save button. A drop down menu will appear
3. Choose the collection you'd like to save to or name a new video collection
4. You may find your saved videos at anytime by clicking on the profile image in the upper right and choosing My video collections.
This is the first of many updates we’ll be releasing as we look to improve the Boclips for Teachers platform.
If you have any feedback, ideas or suggestions, we’d love to hear them!
