فوائد استخدام الفيديوهات في التعلّم المُدمج يجمع نهج التعلّم المُدمج بين التعليم التقليدي (وجهًا لوجه) والتعلم باستخدام التكنولوجيا ووسائل الإعلام والإنترنت الأخرى مثل الدورات التدريبية والبرامج التعليمية الالكترونية. ويُعتبر استخدام الفيديوهات أحد الجوانب الهامة للتعلّم المُدمج والذي يهدف لتحسين التعلّم داخل الفصول الدراسية، حيث يتم اختيار مقاطع فيديو مرتبطة بالمناهج التعليمية واستخدامها داخل الفصول الدراسية. و يرى المعلمون عددًا من الفوائد لاستخدام الفيديوهات لطلابهم، منها: • التحفيز على القراءة واكتساب المعرفة وتنشيط الذاكرة. • زيادة تفاعل الطلاب وحماسهم. • توفير قدر أكبر من الأنماط التعليمية المتنوعة. • تعزيز فهم الطلاب ومهارات المناقشة. ![Blended learning with video ](https://www.boclips.com/hs-fs/hubfs/group-of-students-learning-in-classroom-PEWSYSD.jpg?width=691&name=group-of-students-learning-in-classroom-PEWSYSD.jpg)   ببساطة، نشأ طلاب اليوم على استخدام التكنولوجيا والبرمجيات الرقمية. وقد وفّرت لهم مشاهداتهم المُطوّلة للفيديوهات عبر عدد من مصادر البث المرئي فرصةً لتهيئة عقولهم لاستقبال التحفيز الضروري لاندماجهم في العملية التعليمية بشكل أكبر. تُعد الفيديوهات أداة مفيدة لتقديم التّعلّم الفردي. وتمكّن الفيديوهات الطلاب من الإشتراك في الدورات غير المقدّمة داخل مدارسهم أو مناطقهم الجغرافية. وبالنسبة للعديد من المدارس، فإن توفير مثل هذه الفيديوهات إلكترونيًا أدى إلى تحسّن في نسبة حضور الطلاب وحماسهم. ومن هنا نرى أن طلاب المدارس التي يشعرون بأنها تنسجم وتتماشى مع أهدافهم واهتماماتهم يكونون أكثر استعدادًا وجاهزية للتعلّم. يتمتع الفيديو بميزة إضافية تتمثل في الإستجابة لاحتياجات الطلاب السمعية والبصرية والمنطقية والجمالية والعاطفية، حيث توفر هذه الجوانب المتعددة والمرتبطة بالتعليم الإلكتروني باستخدام الفيديوهات فرصًا متنوعة تراعي الذكاءات المتعددة لدى الطلاب، وربما بدرجة أكبر من أي شكل آخر من أشكال التعلّم الإلكتروني ضمن برامج التعلّم المدمج. <<هل تبحث عن موارد للتعلم عن بعد أو التعلّم المُدمج؟ [مجموعة أدواتنا الخاصة بالتعلّم عن بعد](https://www.boclips.com/remote-learning-with-video-resources-for-teachers/?hsLang=ar) تتوفر مع مقاطع فيديو واستراتيجيات بالإضافة إلى ورشات التدريب الإلكترونية>> يعتبر الفيديو أيضًا مصدرًا قيِّمًا للمعلمين لتقديم مواضيع متنوعة بطرق لا توفرها الصور الثابتة والنصوص، ومن الأمثلة على ذلك: • قيام معلمي التاريخ بجلب حقبة من العصور القديمة الى الحياة، أو تشجيع الطلاب على وضع تصور ذهني وتخيُّلي عن هذه الحِقب من خلال تمثيلات خيالية مختلفة للماضي. • قيام معلمي العلوم باستخدام مقاطع الفيديو والرسوم المتحركة لتوضيح التجارب التي لا يمكن القيام بها داخل الفصل الدراسي، أو اصطحاب الطلاب في رحلات ميدانية من المستحيل القيام بها على أرض الواقع إلى داخل جسم الإنسان أو إلى الفضاء الخارجي. • قيام معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية بعرض فيديوهات داخل الفصول الدراسية عن الأدب والمسرحيات والموسيقى. • قيام مدرسي الدراسات الإجتماعية باصطحاب الطلاب في رحلات افتراضية حول العالم لزيارة أشخاص جدد وسماع أفكارهم.   وبمقارنة طريقة إيصال المعلومة للطلاب من خلال الأساليب التقليدية والتي تشمل النصوص والمحاضرات الشفوية والملفات الصوتية وشرائح العروض التقديمية وغيرها من الوسائط، فإننا نصل لنتيجة مفادها أن الفيديوهات تتفوق على هذه الطرق بفارق كبير. تعتبر الفيديوهات من ضروريات تعلّم اللغات، فهي مصدر رئيس لإظهار الأنماط الطبيعية للكلام. فالفيديوهات التي لا تَظهر خلالها النصوص لها استخدامات خاصة ومحددة مختلفة عن الفيديوهات التي تُظهر النصوص المكتوبة. ففي الأُولى يمكن للطالب مراقبة وتقليد الإيقاعات الطبيعية للمتكلم والتقاط التفاصيل الدقيقة للّغة مثل الإختصارات اللفظية والجمل غير المكتملة، حيث تعتبر هذه طريقة من الطرق المهمّة لمتعلمي اللغة لاكتساب نفس الأنماط في طريقة كلامهم. ## المعيقات التي تحد من استخدام الفيديو في التعلّم المُدمج تبنّى العديد من المعلمين في جميع أنحاء العالم بالفعل استخدام مقاطع الفيديو التعليمية في خططهم الدراسية اليومية، ولكن في بعض المدارس والمؤسسات التعليمية لم يتم بعدُ محاولة استخدام هذه الأداة الهامة. وعادة ما يكون استخدام الفيديوهات في بعض المدارس هو نتيجة لرغبة بعض المعلمين أنفسهم واجتهادهم الشخصي فقط، ولذلك فهو استخدام ضعيف وغير متسق بين المستويات والصفوف والمواضيع المختلفة. وقد يكون ذلك نتيجة لعدد من العوائق التي تحول دون استخدامها. ومن أمثلة هذه العوائق ما يلي: • زخم المحتوى: شهدت السنوات الأخيرة انفجاراً نوعياً بكمية الفيديوهات ومحتواها، مما جعل المشهد غنيًّا بالخيارات ولكن وفي بعض الأحيان فوضويّاً. إن الوقت محدود لدى المعلمين للقيام بالبحث عن المحتوى المناسب في بحرٍ من مقاطع الفيديو التي قد لا يتم تصنيفها أو وضعها في سياق التعليم. إنها مثل محاولة الحصول على رشفة ماء من خرطوم المياه. • إعلانات غير لائقة: يلجأ العديد من المعلمين إلى موقع يوتيوب كمصدر للفيديو التعليمي، لكنهم يجدون أنفسهم غير راضين عن التجربة. ويرجع ذلك جزئيًا إلى عدم قدرتهم على العثور على المقاطع المطلوبة ذات الصلة. ولكن يجد العديد من المعلمين أيضًا أن استخدامهم لمقاطع الفيديو التي تغطي الموضوع التعليمي المعني مُقيّدًا أو حتى مرفوضًا بسبب الإعلانات المصاحبة والغير ملائمة أو بسبب المحتوى "ذات الصلة" والذي يسبب تشتت الإنتباه. • محدودية الوصول إلى الفيديو: يوجد الكثير من الإرتباك حول حقوق المدارس في استخدام مواد الفيديو بسبب قوانين حقوق التأليف والنشر المعقّدة. أضف إلى ذلك حقيقة أن منصات الفيديو المختلفة قد تفرض قيودًا على كيفية عرض المحتوى أو استخدامه أو مشاركته، مما يجعل الأمر مُرهقًا لمدراء المدارس والمعلمين على حدٍ سواء. ![Blended learning with video ](https://www.boclips.com/hs-fs/hubfs/young-caucasian-boy-holding-using-tablet-PJPE4S6.jpg?width=417&name=young-caucasian-boy-holding-using-tablet-PJPE4S6.jpg) ##
